INGREDIENTS
- 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
OPTIONAL ADD-INS
- Lemon juice
- Dill
- Black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds to create boats
- 2Mix tuna with Greek yogurt and any optional seasonings
- 3Fill cucumber boats with tuna mixture
- 4Slice into 2-inch sections and serve
