INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

OPTIONAL ADD-INS

  • Dill
  • Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds to create boats
  2. 2Mix tuna with Greek yogurt and any optional seasonings
  3. 3Fill cucumber boats with tuna mixture
  4. 4Slice into 2-inch sections and serve
